Since always in La Badessa we produce a bright yellow oil with delicate aroma and a fine scent. It comes from our olive trees Leccine and Celline grown up following agronomic strict rules and using only natural substances of organic agriculture. Rich with olygo-elements and antioxidants, it can be used as a condiment and for cooking.
