Santa Cesarea Terme

Santa Cesarea, a renowned spa town since 1899, is located at the foot of a green and luxuriant hill. Along the seashore, several villas of different styles and epochs catch the attention of passers-by, such as the Moresque Villa Sticchi. Santa Cesarea became famous for its sulfur springs, notably the grottoes of Gattulla, Bagno Marina, Solfurea and Fetida. A few miles south of Santa Cesarea, the splendid town of Porto Miggiano offers an emerald sea and a little quay dug into the rocks, which seems like a natural swimming pool.
